Operations Queue

If possible, we would like to have all of the Operations Supervisors in a queue/flow. Ideally, it would start by being able to add the new applicant to application review with a department of "Operations" and the specific job position applied for could be left alone, and we would just put "Operations." Then, the flow would go from application review to phone interview like normal. Then, after that, we would route it forward to the Operations 03 Face to Fave Evaluation queue. From there, we would like to give each supervisor the ability to route it forward to their specific department queue or send it to the New Hire Rejection route. For example, if Elaine did not want a candidate, but Amy did, Elaine could send them to the New Hire Rejection route, while Amy could send them to the New Business 04 1st Face-to-Face Evaluation. I do not know if this is possible, since there would be a record of multiple files of the same person. If you need further clarification, please let me know.

    We can definitely give multiple users access to one queue but we would not be able to let multiple users perform different actions with that one applicant. Would you just like them to have access to one queue or leave it like it is?

    For now, we will just leave it the same. We were hoping we could do something like that, but since it would not be a possibility, we can just leave it alone. Thanks for your help!
